Who is Girl Meditates?

Chloë is a qualified meditation practitioner based in North East Wales (and online!)

She is an expert in using meditation to create a life filled with more ease. Chloë has helped hundreds of people find their calm since starting her business in 2019. Using meditation to successfully ease symptoms of an autoimmune disorder is her greatest personal achievement.

Taking that knowledge and experience out into the world to help people who feel or have ever felt overwhelmed with anxious feelings, buried by stress or completely burnt out is why she gets up in the morning. To show people who are feeling this way that this is not their lot in life.

Chloë creates a safe sanctuary away from the world in her meditation classes where people can learn how to meditate and ultimately find their own way to feel calmer.

She has been featured in The Telegraph, The Independant, Stylist, Closer, Metro and RTL London.

Why did I start Girl Meditates?

I had been thinking about meditation for a while to see if it would help ease the symptoms of an autoimmune syndrome I had been diagnosed with so I decided to go to a local class. Not knowing what to expect and pretty apprehensive, I found once I closed my eyes and allowed myself to listen within, it was one of the most calming and grounding experiences I’ve ever had. I had been at the point of being so sick and tired of feeling sick and tired and meditation was a safe sanctuary for me.

We aren’t reinventing the wheel here, just finding a way to grant ourselves the permission to pause, relax and get away from the world for a while.
